"mistakenly deported?" You can not deport an American from America. He was legally in the custody of Orange County officials, he had violated local law- He was then given to federal officials, who held him illegally, he had not broken a federal law. They then took him out of the country and abandoned him. That is not deportation. That sounds like kidnapping and maybe human trafficing. The federal government kidnapped a mentally disabled man and left him in another country.
